When you request, approve, and book a delivery with us, upon the truck being dispatched; the day of, we will pre-authorize your selected payment method for the quoted delivery cost. This is a temporary hold on funds to confirm that the payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to cover the service.
• Why we Pre-Authorize: Pre-authorization ensures that we can dispatch a truck to your job without delay, minimizing disruptions and guaranteeing timely service. It also protects both you and our company by confirming payment availability before the delivery begins.
